Refund policy

Once an order has been packed and leaves Baddies Bookshop, it is officially in the care of the shipping carrier. Because of this, I cannot offer refunds for any issues, delays, or damages that occur during transit or after the package has left my shop.

However, I completely understand how frustrating shipping mishaps can be. While I am not responsible for carrier related damages or lost packages, I always want to take care of my customers. Depending on the situation, I may offer a courtesy discount toward your next purchase as a gesture of kindness.
