Refund Policy

Every order is custom prepared, and materials are purchased immediately after payment is received. For this reason, all orders are non refundable once payment has been submitted, unless otherwise.

If an issue occurs as a result of an error on my end such as forgetting an item, ordering the wrong product, or any mistake caused by me, I will make it right. Depending on the situation, resolutions may include: a partial refund, a full refund, or a replacement item or a new item sent at no additional cost
